Getting started
Create an owner account, pick a plan, and walk through onboarding. You can publish a guest menu on your free subdomain in one session.
- Sign up (free trial on paid plans)
- Add categories and dishes, or use AI menu scan import
- Upload branding and publish your menu link / QR
Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans include a free trial. Billing only starts after the trial ends.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests open your menu in the browser and can view AR dishes on supported phones.
Can I use the same login on mobile?
Yes. Owner and manager accounts use the same email and password on web and the Mezbaan mobile app.
When can I turn on table ordering?
Table ordering, POS, printing, and inventory are optional modules. Enable them from Settings when your plan includes them.
Multi-location (Platform)
Platform (T3) accounts can enable multi-location from the owner portal under Organization. Manage branches, push a master menu, unified customers, inter-branch inventory, and org analytics from /portal/org.
